Kenneth Main
Kenneth knows firsthand what it means to need a brand-new life. After years of addiction eventually led to incarceration, he came home determined not simply to stay sober, but to build a life worth staying sober for.
Today, Kenneth is an engineering student, musician, speaker, and leader with Brand New Recovery. His faith in God and his own experience of rebuilding his life have given him a passion for reaching people who may have trouble imagining a different future for themselves.
Whether he’s speaking at a treatment center, helping organize a Brand New event, playing music, or simply talking with someone one-on-one, his message is the same: recovery is about much more than what you leave behind. It’s about discovering what your life can become.
Kenneth’s heart for Brand New is rooted in that belief: You don’t just need sobriety. You can be BrandNEW.

Kenneth is also the creator of Recovered Reality, his personal movement combining music, recovery, faith, and outreach. The vision is simple: take the message beyond the walls of traditional meetings and into the places people already are. Through live music, speaking, digital content, and personal outreach, Recovered Reality uses creativity to connect with people who might never walk into a recovery meeting or church. It’s about showing—not just telling—what life on the other side of addiction can actually look like.
